Traffic lights are facing the wrong way for a 4th time

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6193790.

This traffic light has once again been moved and is now not facing the direction of traffic meaning drivers at the stop line cannot see the light changing. The pedestrian crossing light is also facing the wrong way at the same set of lights.
