Light stays red too long, not synced properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6196350.

The light going from Browells Lane to Highfield road is stuck on red too long. This is not resolved despite repeated reports from different people. I live next to this light. Drivers are blowing their horns and sometimes have to drive through the red light. Please can this be looked into and fixed?!
