Temporary traffic lights cause unnecessary delay

Reported via mobile in the All out category anonymously at 14:48, Sat 6 July 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6197999.

Issue since 28 June (over one week). There are often temporary traffic lights at the intersection A214/B229 but this time the phasing is four, single file lights in sequence (which is more appropriate on dual carriage way which have space for queuing wheras single lane roads like these one suffer a very long bottle neck back up over a mile during rush hour). Please can you get your contractor to change to the regular two-way temp lights. Thank you :-)
