This issue has not been addressed, even with a temporary solution.
It is beyond inexplicable that a three way intersection on a 40mph road, with multiple crossings should not have any lights.
I have seen multiple cars have to conduct hard stops to avoid crashing.
It is incredibly dangerous for pedestrians too.
