Blocked underpass
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6214202.
This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened in recent months, please ensure a definitive fix as we are unable to safely cross the A40 when this underpass is blocked.
The drains in the underpass are blocked under the A40 in Perivale near the drive through KFC and Costa. This has caused a deep build up of water which pedestrians are unable to wade through.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
