Safety issue

I would like to report the lights from Lodge Avenue ( where is Lidl) tower tho Martin Corner They are 2 set of lights one is too go straight and second is for those to turn right. The problem is they are changing on the same time and because it's a big distance from between lights and is the danger of getting caught in the junction and passing the lights on red.
