Map damaged and missing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6215579.

Map behind bus shelter before underground steps has been saying 'new map coming soon' for 3 years plus. The whole middle of the missing map is now bashed out and lying across the pavement. This needs fixing and a new map actually put in.
