Thames water again, a small hole and major disruption

There’s a small hole on the pavement yet 3 way lights causing chaos, causing accidents, road rage, risks. It’s Thames water again, there is no need for temporary traffic lights. There is a scam going on. Thousands of hours have been lost by people and workers to this. Similar problem in Addiscombe, similar in Morden. It’s Thames Water!
