Traffic lights not changing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6242522.

The traffic lights at the junction of Billet Road and Whalebone Lane are stuck on red at the Whalebone lane side for 10 minutes at a time, causing a gridlock. This is happening every Wednesday. I did report this two weeks ago and nothing has been addressed.
