Overgrown vegetation blocking road signs.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6255928.

The sign showing directions from A127 (Gallows Corner, Romford, RM3 0) leading to the M25 North is blocked by overgrown vegetation and cannot be clearly seen by drivers in time.
