Rat infestation

Sent to TfL 14 hours, 30 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS6271535.
Outside 237 mile end road london e1 4aa There is a drain that has been infested with vermin. It is effecting the local businesses . We have also reported this to the local council. And they have said this is a tfl route . Also the pavements is riddled with historical chewing gum that needs to be blasted off . Please clean the pavements and please clean the drain behind the buss stop . Thank you

There is no drain near This shop and a cyclical clean has recently been completed. no sign of rodent activity.

Following your correspondence we have sent our gully crews to this location and they have cleaned and jetted the gully and the the gully is now clean and free flowing. Our crews further investigated for evidence of any rats etc. no evidence of rodent activity was discovered. We also have time stamped photographs and a report of our crews clearing and jetting the gully and proof it is now free flowing and no evidence of rodent activity. To that end no further action is required. should you witness any rodent activity please take pictures if possible and contact Tower Hamlets as this falls under their EPA duties. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. We appreciate this. This has now been investigated and we’ve reported this to our contractors. If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
