Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6280395.
The Countdown screens at *both* Lower Downs Road stops (in both directions) have been blank for a week now.

The Countdown screen at the Lower Downs Road stop (towards Kingston) has been rebooting for two weeks now. The screens at most of the other Kingston-bound stops along Worple Road (Albert Grove, Darlaston Road etc) have been blank for a similar length of time. Please update.
