New cycle traffic shows incorrect aspect / colour

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6303112.

The new cycle traffic light on Tavistock PLace heading east towards Sidmouth Street is either showing the wrong colour or is stuck on green. I went through it this morning and it was clearly green, yet traffic was flowing on Hunter / Judd street through green lights. Something is not right.
