Traffic Light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6307791.

The slip road opposite Next in New Malden when coming under Bushey Road (A298) was stuck on red around 11.45am-midday today (2 August). Traffic was queuing behind me and people were sounding their horns for me to move as they were being backed up behind which was dangerous in itself. After around 7 mins or so I moved forward with extreme caution. The light had not changed at all from red.
