Dead fox on footpath

The dead fox is still under the tree. I reported this several days ago and was told action was taken. Covering the dead fox with leaves is not sufficient. The fox is beginning to decompose as it’s been there for long time baking in the sun. The smell is very unpleasant and it’s a health and safety hazard. This issue needs prompt action.
