Countdown at bus stop L on wellhall road is still not working. Not the first time I've reported it. Unit is completely blank

    As the drain is blocked, water flows down the hill, and by the time it reaches the bottom, it resembles a river. This poses a danger to vehicles, as they may hydroplane, and to cyclists as well. This is a significant health and safety concern. Could the drain on the public highway please be unblocked?
