Change in road layout causing confusion

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 21:43, Monday 5 August 2024

TfL ref: FMS6320175.

I travel this road regularly and the new road layout is causing major problems as it is not clearly obvious or warned to drivers that the layout has changed. The right lane used to be turn right or straight on and the middle and left lane used to be turn left. The middle lane is now straight on only and the right lane is now right turn only but people still use the right lane to go straight on and assume people in middle lane are queue jumping causing near accidents and I have been threatened numerous times because of it. There needs to be some form of notification of the change of layout before the junction and before there is and accidents
