Dangerously out of sync
Reported via mobile in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 07:19, Friday 9 August 2024
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6334592.
Pedestrian lights are showing green crossing from the National Trust park towards Aberconway Road, but the traffic light for cars turning left from Aberconway Road was also showing green - I nearly got hit by a taxi!
Secondly, in general the pedestrian lights here do not give adequate time to cross both sections of road safely, especially for children, prams, disabled or elderly - please can the timings be reviewed and extended?
