Traffic Light - Green man showing at same time as green light

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6334979.

The traffic light pedestrian crossing junction is showing a green man at the same time as a green light for traffic. This has resulted in near pedestrian-vehicle collisions.

This is a serious safety concern as it sits on a sharp corner and needs rectifying ASAP.
