Traffic light stays green on one side and red on the other even when no cars around.

Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 18:40, Saturday 10 August 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6340301.

Sensor is being blocked on one side by trees and branches. One side is always green which causes severe delays and frustration. Your sensor should capture when the other side is waiting but it does not. Please solve as many people go through red light and nearly hit pedestrians when they do this. Best to solve before a fatality on the road. Thanks in advance. James
