Overgrown Tree - Requires Cut back

This tree its completely overgrown and the large branches are over hanging the dual carriage way. Yesterday I was driving behind a HGV in the left lane which hit one of the low hanging branches and flew into the carriage way missing my windscreen / bonnet.
Please can get this overgrown tree complete cut back from the carriage way and grass area to make this section of road safe and brighter for all vehicles.
This tree has not been cut back for many years and requires and major cut back to make it safe for visibility before any accidents occurs.
