Overgrown Bushes At Roundabout Exit - Going Towards Canford

When using the left lane, the bushes and tree have completely overgrown. When leaving the roundabout at this exit the left lane is a complete blind spot due to these bushes.
The bushes are outside the metal barrier and hitting the side of vehicles and HGVs.
Please can we get the overgrown bushes and tree completely cut back to make this exit / lane and more safer for the road users. Thank you
