Light out of phase so pedestrian traffic told to go at same time, risking death

Reported via mobile in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 09:02, Tuesday 13 August 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6348833.

We rung yesterday to report how serious this is, and yet nothing has been done since it was reported as urgent - incredibly dangerous as we have seen children almost get killed here with the green man appearing and the traffic light telling drivers they can turn left into the path of pedestrians. Please sort asap, otherwise I think we will need to report to the Police.
