Potholes in pavement - child crushed and injured

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 00:14, Tuesday 20 August 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6376591.

Multiple potholes have been here for several years. Daily people are falling over. As you can see in the picture a man walking with his two babies in the pushchair collapsed with his kids being flipped out and crushed. The wheels of the pushchair became stuck causing the two babies to fall out of the buggy. This is a serious health and safety risk. Daily pedestrians, especially the children and elderly are falling and coming into the shops to seek assistance with injuries.
