Customer has called to report set of traffic lights on A298 Bushey Road flyover towards a Next outlet store (SW20 0JW) is faulty - stuck on red.
Customer had been waiting 20-minute for the lights to change to green - had to proceed thru the red light to continue journey.
Please investigate.
