Grate/ grill is slightly raised so that it cut my foot

Grill/ grate is raised on the pavement and it caught my foot and cut it.

If the area of the drain cover is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.     After my foot caught the grill, I saw a bruise, reddening and blood from the cut. Please see pictures above. If a person with diabetes hits their foot on it, it could be seriously harmful.
