Action scheduled
Bus Stop not repaired
Reported via desktop in the Damage - other (bus stops and shelters) category anonymously at 18:15, Wednesday 28 August 2024
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6409352.
As you can see from both photos (one uploaded to report the problem in July) the bus stop has not been repaired and you are wrongly claiming the problem has been fixed. TfL stated to London TravelWatch that the erroneously reporting of problems as being fixed was due to an IT issue that has been resolved. Clearly it hasn't. Stop stating things which are not true. It is not justified neglecting to repair basic infrastructure in this way and then claiming you have done so.
