No protection on the sides of high road for pedestrians. Also car speed level is high on this road

Hi, I would like to report a concern regarding a road - almost a highway does not have any barrier to protect pedestrians. Also, many people would drive very close to the sides, and people tent to cross the road from this point. If we take a small action, we can prevent any future accident.

Between West Kensington rail station towards to Tesco Hypermarket.
