Overgrown vegetation blocking height signage at Chelsea rail bridge

A HGV(44ton) driver made contact on 21st August: They were on Grosvenor Road, when they were approaching the railway bridge near Chelsea Bridge. There was a sign for over height vehicles to turn back but the sign was partially covered by tree branches and leaves.
