For the last 9 months the counting is not working. The screen is off.

There is currently a significant issue with the power going to the cable that provides power to the countdown unit. We have raised an order to investigate this possibly trace and replace the power cable. this work will involve significant excavation and costs. We are unable to provide a timescale at present as further investigations are on going Your report has been investigated and we can confirm there is problem here. We have reported this to our contractors and will aim to fix this within 28 days. If new parts are needed this may take a little longer. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.
