Overhanging bushes and litter

From around where the Glynn Hopkins Nissan garage is the subway is littered with broken glass (on both sides) and continuing past the KFC on Apex corner just after the Mill Hill Golf club is especially bad with poor visibility due to overgrown bushes- only enough space for one cyclist. I also got a puncture on East End Road just past the Highgate cricket club due to the potholes.
Anything you could do to help make cycling to work more practical would be much appreciated - i acknowledge the British Weather is not great to our driving / riding conditions, but I would prefer not to fork out to drive like the majority, stay fit and save the environment where possible.
