Traffic lights STILLLLL stuck on red!!!

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6431604.

This has been a problem for years now and nothing has been done. The light is almost always stuck on red in the evenings and some mornings. I have witnessed a number of accidents or almost-accidents as a result of people (understandably!) losing patience. This needs to be permanently fixed URGENTLY.
