Detector not detecting traffic queuing on Cann Hall Road

The detector on the eastern arm of Cann Hall Road is not detecting traffic. This means High Road Leytonstone is left running with no break in traffic. Drivers are entering the junction from Cann Hall Road, after waiting, on red signal increasing risk of collision.
