Traffic light red for long time, green for short time

Traffic light on the A222 side (Station Road) is staying on red for a while, when it turns green, it only stays green for a short amount of time. These timings are causing high level of congestions on the A222 road, it is notable that the High Road A211 has lots of green light time so it is a disparity that needs sorting out.
