Traffic Light phasing is wrong on Northbound Ridgeway

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 16:42, Wednesday 4 September 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6436573.

The northbound set of lights on the ridgeway have been only staying green for a maximum 5 seconds for weeks now. This is only allowing a maximum of 3 cars to get through the lights before turning red again. This is causing tailbacks on the Ridgeway, today at 16:00 these go back as far as the junction with Whitmore Road. Has this been done on purpose to cause delays for motorists, as from what I can see it has been reported several times with no action being taken.
