Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6438013.

Countdown display not working for three weeks now. Bus Stop D, Fairfax Road Direction towards Fulwell or Hampton Hill (Bus Shelter No: 0127 1061) Please can you investigate and rectify and if possible add a comment as to when the display will be rectified.
