Pedestrian countdown timer not working

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 07:02, Thursday 5 September 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6438079.

The pedestrian countdown timer - the one crossing the road north to Seven Kings railway station - is not working. No timer is showing at all.

Given the fact that the crossing is very busy for pedestrians who wish to enter/exit station during peak periods I believe it is important safety issue for pedestrians which should be repaired asap. I myself have been using the crossing daily for the last five months and the fault has been in existence at least before then.

Thank you.
