Traffic light has been hit by a vehicle (did not see exactly when, but between hours of 10am and 12 noon) and is leaning close to ground

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with these traffic lights. We have therefore passed this to our contractors and as it is classed as an emergency. It will be made safe within 24 hours.
