Road markings are incorrect

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6439988.
The road markings are incorrect for the lanes.
For instance being in the far left lane I’m able to go down st Helier exit and the mitcham exit however the road markings say otherwise which causes confusion and has caused accidents in the past as well.
This has caused a car accident this week for me and unfortunately due to the road markings the insurance company aren’t able to help as much, even though they’ve said I am in the correct lane.
Would you be able to send something over stating I’m in the correct lane for the journey I was doing?
I’m happy to call to discuss this further as I could really do with your help.
There are multiple driving instructors who I’ve witnessed online and in person that do the roundabout in the way I did on the day of the accident as it is correct.
