Filter lane light again not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6441655.

You reported that this is fixed. It is not. So, here is the problem again: Traffic light goes straight to red when turning right into Pines Road. The filter lane fills up with traffic as the green filter light is not working. Takes several attempts to get over the junction, often causing queues back across the other lights. This appears to be an ongoing problem, noted multiple times - could it be permanently fixed so that the filter light always works please?
