The bus stop is closed when i arrive but says open on the website. Please advise which it is?

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6452743.

Is the bus stop at hendon station HD open or closed. For nearly a week now your website says open but the signs say closed with some bus drivers stopping and others not. Can you confirm one way or another?
