Flooding on Road

Sent to TfL 1 week, 2 days, 3 hours, 30 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS6455970.
South Circular Road, westbound, between the junctions with Ryelands Crescent and Alwold Crescent SE12. In the carriageway by central reservation are 3 or 4 large areas of water. The water is there both in dry and wet weather. It has been there for over one month. The water is causing a problem for traffic particularly two wheeled vehicles. Thank you
