Faulty traffic lights/pedestrian crossing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6459681.

The pedestrian lights have been going off every 30-60 seconds since Monday 9 sept 2024 all night, and again Tuesday 10 sept 2024 again same issue. This is a nuisance for all residents in surrounding buildings as is loud all night long. This needs to be turned off immediately.
