Count Down Not Working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6462219.

Customer called informed Richmond Station Bus Stop 'C' opposite the station has stopped working.

Customer observed when it rains the water ingress drips off the Count Down. This may be causing the count Down stop working and has done so few times in the past.

Customer request urgent attention to restore the Countdown.
