The traffic light is on green for a very very short time

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6462426.

Traffic light turns very quickly back to red at this already congested junction. This is causing a major backup of traffic on the one way system from Hartfield Crescent, onto the Broadway and back round behind Morrisons
