The traffic lights on the junction on powder mill lane to take you to percy road or try your luck in turning right onto hospital bridge road in the morning are set to eleven seconds. yesterday stuck in grid lock I was able to count the timings of these sets of lights to eleven seconds on multiple times and toady again as had to leave early eleven seconds this brings me to the conclusion that a TFL operator has changed again the phasing of the traffic lights could you look into this and maybe come up with a better system as this junction is always getting messed up mainly by TFL thank you

The problem has not been resolved still phasing at nine seconds and now the local council has added time zone restrictions into Longford road between TFL and Richmond council you two have kettled me into gridlock congestion a thing it seems your very good at

Still no change kettled in road way from sheer weight of traffic grid lock because the traffic lights are set to around eleven seconds
