Countdown/Bus arrival time display not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6474890.
Safari Cinema (W) bus stop bus arrival time display (countdown display) has been broken for the last 2 months or more. This is creating inconvenience for the people. Please arrange to fix this display.

The countdown display was fixed and it was working for one day only. And now it is not working anymore. I think this unit needs to be replaced. This is creating inconvenience for the people. Please arrange to fix this issue permanently.
