Turning right from powder mill lane to hospital bridge road

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6484014.

It’s almost impossible turning right from powder mill lane to hospital bridge road. The lights are green for under 10 seconds from this lane. However, lights remain green for all other lanes for considerably longer. If you are turning right, no one can go straight ahead as the lane is too narrow. Either widen the junction or create and feeder light for turning right. It’s taken 30 mins to move 200 meters. This issue has been going on for weeks now.
