Overgrown hedge obstructing drivers' view

Overgrown hedge outside 52 Hook Rise North is obstructing pavement and view of drivers' exiting Princes Avenue onto Hook Rise North. Vehicles exit the A3/A240 junction at high speed and there is risk of serious collission if drivers pulling out of Princes Avenue cannot see them.
