Green filter lighht not displaying
Reported via desktop in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 15:49, Sun 29 September 2024
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6529870.
I was turning right from Ewell Road into Ditton Road this morning. I moved into the right hand turn filter lane and entered the junction when the main light was on green. I waited for a break in the oncoming traffic but it was busy and there wasn't one. The green light went out but no green filter appeared so I wasn't sure whether to turn, then the traffic lights went red so I was temporarily stuck in the junction. It is a hazard to drivers if the green filter arrow is not displaying correctly and this issue should be reviewed.
